I have never in my life been to a more unprofessional and rude place in my life. Scheduled an appointment way ahead of time for an eye exam and contact fitting. Got three reminders of the upcoming appointment and go and get told they don't do the contact fittings on Saturday after receiving all of the notifications. The condensing behavior of staff did not help. Needless to say I plan on taking my business elsewhere.

QUAALITY

My eye dr on Oleander is terrible! I waited a month and a half for my glasses, also the lady told me that they’d call me when they were ready for pickup but didn’t. I had to check online to see what was going on and it said my order was ready, that’s not the icing on the cake. I go to pick them up and when the guy brought it out he handed it to me exactly how it’s shown in the picture. No case, no bag no instructions no nothing, but what really did it for me is when I realized I waited that long just to get the glasses that were on display, Freaking display glasses! I knew it because I remember on June 9th when I tried them on, it had some white paint on it. Guess what? That’s right when I went to pick them up it had the same white paint in the same spot. I mentioned it to him and he said that’s how they came, it came from the “manufacture” like that lol, it was also delivered without a proper protective case and bag. They don’t care about customer satisfaction nor being honest. I will not be spending my money there again. Please pay attention to your stuff if you’re ever there. 👎

If I can give this place a 10, I would. I recently came to Wilmington on a family vacation, due unforeseen circumstances I lost my glasses in the ocean. I didn’t think to bring a pair or have a valid prescription on hand (lesson learned) Due to time, I had to leave the next day driving. I ended up calling this place next day when I am suppose to leave and in 5 mins of my phone call and the receptionist was kind enough to schedule me an appointment same day not only that, within 30 mins. The receptionist was so kind and understanding that it had me in happy tears. I was in and out of the exam less than an hour and walking out with corrective contacts. I would recommend this place to anyone especially if you ever in the situation that I was in. I would like to give a huge shout out to the receptionist, eye tech and Dr. Davis for making my day. I got spend a few more hours in Wilmington with contacts and got to drive home safely.
