I have lived in four different “luxury” apartment buildings in Nashville in different parts of midtown and downtown. 2700 is by far the best. The apartments are beautiful— it looks more like a condo than an apartment. They are large and beautiful appointed. The walls are thick and I rarely am disturbed by neighbors. The amenities are great — we frequently use the gym, dog park, and pool. Most importantly the maintenance and office staff are amazing. They are super nice and responsive. The building has a great atmosphere and they actually follow through on having community events. I recommend this place to all my friends and have loved living here the last almost two years.

Living here has been a pleasure! Bridgette, our leasing agent, was a tremendous help and a wealth of knowledge, and most willing to accommodate. The apartment complex is kept in mint condition with beautiful landscaping, spotless amenities, and staff that is more than willing to help you. The maintenance supervisor met us during our move-in, introduced herself and told us to let her know if there was anything her or her team could do to make our apartment perfect. The apartment was even furnished with a new plunger, toilet paper, and a bag of goodies! It's the small things that make the biggest impact and everyone has knocked it out of the park!

Great place to live! The building was everything I needed and everything was kept very clean. The residents here are very nice, I always felt safe in the building, and I loved the central location. The only reason I am moving is to attend grad school in another state. I was in a two-bedroom and after I moved out my roommate choose to stay and moved into a one-bedroom in this apartment. The people who work here are amazing as well and very welcoming. Kyle in the leasing office, as well as Christine who works in maintenance, always went above and beyond their duties to take care of anything I needed.

I toured this complex and was thoroughly impressed!! Beautiful property! I especially loved the high ceilings that these units boast! TYLER B. WAS AMAZING!!!! Such a sweet, honest, and thorough leasing agent--definitely one of the best I had the pleasure of working with during my apartment hunt in Nashville! The quality of materials in this complex are evident throughout the buildings and units. Also, they have brunch catered in on the weekends ( That literally sold me!!). After touring this property, I was in love and really wanted to sign, but paying almost $1700 for a one bedroom unit was out of my budget! They also do not offer any specials which was disappointing! If a unit ever comes available within my budget and I am on the market again, I will definitely sign here! I am still disappointed that I could not live here!
