Lived here for 3 years and have no complaints. Maintenance was quick, friendly, and responsive. Felecia, the manager, is wonderful. She was always great and took care of any issue I had. Would recommend!

Management is really bad here they don’t responded and after completion of lease they do not provide any refund penny even if we hand over the house clean after completion of my lease I had called them couple of time to follow up on my utilities and my deposit but they didn’t provide any response and got a call from collection agents saying that my bill was sent to collection

If you’re thinking of moving into The Parc, I would re-think it. I’ve been living here a while and they were supposed to fix some things in my apartment months ago. Every time I ask them about it, they say “oh I’m sorry we’ll get someone to come on Monday.” Then no one ever comes on Monday to fix your issue, so you have to call again. They say the same thing over and over again and no one ever comes. It’s extremely agitating. If I would’ve known this place would be this much trouble, I would not have moved in.

Horrible Management. Had a very bad experience staying here!! Never even received replies to my emails when the mistake is from the management. If customer relations team has time to review comments on google and reply on them, you should make it a point to take immediate action when you are already looped in the email chain.It’s been 4 months since I moved out! Couldn’t get a proper final invoice till date and no reply to my last email either ! Guys read every document they ask you to sign when you move in and have a copy of it( they have close to 50 pages that need to be signed!!! )And beware of the move out charges!
