We are retired, apply permanent Mexico residency. Seattle consulate service is amazing, very professional and friendly.Husband and I both satisfied the service ! We really appreciated, Muchas gracias!
Greasy
I am now embarrassed to say that my expectations were very low. I have been to other consulates where the staff was demeaning, rude and unprofessional. Here, however, was extremely pleasant. My appointment was at 8:45am they open at 8:30 and let me in. I sat for maybe 10 min and was called to start my process to renew my passport. Process was quick and immediately went to another desk to pay. I did have to wait a couple hrs for my passport to be printed and finalized but that gave me time to get a quick bite and visit The Public Market next to the bay. When I went back to pick it up I didn’t have to wait. The place is spacious and clean. Bathrooms and drinking fountain available. Staff is great! There is parking right across from here but make sure to get there early enough because parking is limited.

I am not able to schedule an appointment since 3 months ago. The webpage simply says that there are not any available. I called, and no one answered. Not suprised.
Sayra Bustos
Horrible service, rude, demanding and arrive whenever they feel like it having a line of people apart from a nasty attitude.all the employees just looking down at their phones with the line of people waiting to be serviced. DO better. Because your doing a horrible job at servicing your people.
Thanks! Your review is awaiting moderation.
That only happens in the Mexican consulate what a shame
Well, it is not that those who work there win a lot, nobody knows the heavy days of attending to so much dissatisfied Mexican, that he wants everything for yesterday ... that he does not want to meet the requirements and starts shouting that they do not want him help when they do not help themselves .. they want to get a passport with the false identification that I get on the little machine and with a copy of the birth certificate please .. Mexican ... let's not be blind .. and believe me that those who work there earn less than any of you
I am not discouraged, what happens is that the weyes want to treat you badly, they gave me an open appointment and then when I ask if it is ready, my documents tell me to wait for me and that if I do not want to wait for me to cancel that at last I did not have scheduled appointment and it made me unfair and I got pissed off and I even told them that the assholes were going to die
I agree with Juan I have taken many documents here in Seattle and I have never had a problem with them. They are always polite to me. Of course, you always have to carry all the documents in order and know how to order things. Because I saw that they arrive and they say I want my passport. No more than I come from afar and leave my documents on the table. LOL.
Dear Ana, The Consulate is open Monday-Friday, from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. We are open on select Saturdays, from 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM. You can find those dates in the following link: https://consulmex.sre.gob.mx/seattle/index.php/es/tramites/sabatinas Best regards.
I need an appointment for a notarized procedure or I need to put it in English to be seen
I've been talking to the number for a week, thank you for providing it, but they do not answer, they just say they're busy at any time ... if you could do something about it, I'd appreciate it ... because there are already many who reported this problem
The birth certificate, official identification (passport / visa) and proof of address are taken. The procedure is free and takes 2 weeks for the voter registration card to arrive by mail.
I heard bad comments about this consulate and I verified that the very effective treatment is not as well as I like the truth I came out happy and I do not think they have done it because of my problem I have to understand the situation of covid because of the restrictions they treat very well I was satisfied and I realized that He cares for everyone equally so our behavior also depends. Luck
What a pity that being Mexicans and all that bunch of bastards ...... they always deny you an appointment 🐕 it seems that you have to deposit the assholes so that they give you an appointment what a government we have so ignorant and inhuman they are disgusting the whole gang
Yesiiiiii. Birth certificates, passports, police letter and INE.
In the consulate there you can process the passport and registration check
Grasias Carlos very friendly.
IF YOU ARRIVED LATE HALF AN HOUR BECAUSE OF THE WEATHER AND COME FROM WARDEN WHERE IT IS ONLY THREE HOURS AGAIN AND BY WEATHER AND ROAD CLOSURE AND ENDS BY 5 HOURS
I don't think they will answer Rafaela better give them a call
Dear Estela, good morning. For information and guidance on the transfer of remains, please contact the Department of Protection by dialing 206.448.8417.
Birth certificate, passport, school certificate, credential ID, everything that identifies you that you are Mexican
By mail. You should have registered before
There is no Cuban consulate in the Seattle area. There is only one in New York called "Chancellary me the Republic to the United Nations" and the embassy in Washington D.C.
I think that you need an appointment for everything, and it's better if you do so because the place is always packed.
If you get to Google there you will find the phone and all the information ... good luck!
I only go to the consulate and you ask for it, it's free, they give it to you when you will process something, but you can also just go and process that document.
First make an appointment for the original birth certificate or ID and $ 137 something like that for 10 years
In January you can already call mexitel to make your appointment
It depends on the day that you go sometimes if they accept home and you should not send a credit card but the best fair to take each in case of
There is no parking at the consulate, close if there is but you have to pay.
If the record is authentic, if it works. I have not heard that they reject them but you can go early in the morning. And you can ask personally. For that you do not need an appointment
You can call to make an appointment from Monday to Friday from 8 to 5
I understand that the hours are from 8: AM _3: 00 pm, contact mexitel for more information.
I am applying for a long time and I have not had luck neither by phone nor by line
Why are they giving very few appointments, come in daily, it took me 3 months to find an appointment, I recommend that you visit the website preferably from the 12th of each month or talk to mexitel
Go to the consulate page on Facebook and send them a message by messenger and there they tell you. There if they answer you quickly.
A the border you will need your passport and car 🚗 permit good for 6 months you can get the at the border or online www.banjercito.com .mx and one more thing is always good to have auto insurance
no, I just went two weeks ago because they told me yes, a friend and no, they don't attend
What a shame have when Ignorant 🤦♀️ I went this weekend and the truth was a very good service, with kindness, and very fast If they could not help you, maybe it is because you did not bring the necessary documents for what you required
Enter the page mexitel.sre.gob.mx is the only way because they do not answer by phone
If it is urgent it is better that you present yourself and explain your case .. since appointments are difficult. you know normal for important roles. The system is a 🤢🤢🤮🤮
Hello, by phone if they attend but it is better if you make your appointment online. Right now appointments are limited but they do give appointments
They may ask for your passport number
If it is urgent, he attends you that day but you have to be there before 8 in the morning and bring the reason that you have someone sick in Mexico, a document from the doctor or the plane ticket purchased
Show up early and explain at the door to security. Scheduled appointments have priority but Emergency situations get in first if there is open times. They try very hard to be accommodating. But unless it's open I don't know if they can help you over a weekend
In the consulate you do not have to carry your pencil because they give you
Early at 8am but there are problems they are not working as they should have to fix that as soon as possible
I do not think so
The consulate of mexico in seattle is now open
15 dollars
Usually it is but right now they are only open for emergency cases.
To ask for an emergency passport, they are very attentive at the consulate.
Proof of address, identification and birth certificate
At the moment there are not many appointments, it was also difficult for me to make the appointment
They take your picture right there
You can call on weekends, during the day, they answered me and made my procedure without much delay, during the week the calls are very crowded
Birth certificate an identification and a bill in his name with direction
Huh
Can you clarify more about the context of the account? Do you want to bring your what? I'm sorry, I know it is referring.
Yes, the staff there will let her come in with you.
My name is the coroner and your body will be cremated these days they will agree; funeral and consulate
Only eggs to pass x all sound and from then on
Dear Jorge, good morning. Appointments are made exclusively through the MEXITEL system by calling 1.877.639.4835 or on the website mexitel.sre.gob.mx
Dear Angel, You must make an appointment through MEXITEL by calling 1.877.639.4835. The day of your appointment you should only bring your expired passport with you and make the corresponding payment. On the same day of your appointment, your passport is delivered in approximately 1.5 hours.
You can get natrualized as a mexican national through marriage. (they distinguish between citizenship and nationality in Mexico, but for the sake of sinplicity let's say they are the same thing). It's not immediate but it opens up the pathway towards citizenship. Ideally, you'll have had to been married in Mexico but if your marriage was abroad, you have to give the nearest consulate/embassy an original marriage license. You'll also have to maintain two years of continuous residency in Mexico with your spouse, each of those two years will be under a permanent residency visa which you will have to renew each year until the beginning of your third year where you can apply for the DNN-3 (naturalization) form. Here's a link with more information on the government's website https://www.gob.mx/inm/acciones-y-programas/tramites-migratorios
https://consulmex.sre.gob.mx/seattle/index.php/es/english/visa-requirements This link has the requirements listed for getting a mexican visa (including how to schedule an appointment). Hope it helps!
You will need to call mexitel to schedule the appointment first. You will also need the Mexican birth certificate, and an official photo identification (such as the passport that will expire for example, another identification such as the Mexican or US driver's license also works). It would also be useful to bring documentation of your address in Mexico or the U.S. (It can be an account of a service - electricity, water, cable, telephone, or bank account statement). You must have your name or the name of both parents if you do not pay electricity for example.
You can get copies for $13 each if you bring photo ID like a passport, driver's license, consular card, etc. Mexican or American ID works. Waiting times may vary depending on the registro civil office that your birth certificate was officiated if it was done in Mexico or if you did it at a consulate (I don't know your circumstances).
Foreigners who have investment or work visas can also apply for a driving permit. But you can not apply for or renew a driver's license with a tourist visa. The license has a validity period of six months to one year. It can be renewed each time it expires. If your plan is to travel to the United States and rent a car to drive it, a good option is to obtain permission to drive in the USA. It is a driving license issued in 10 languages. This permit is processed in your country of residence.
Sea that sipre prepra so sika can attend to mei mean that is that they are always busy but tenprano hills that can i thus tend more quickly
I just called and ask about my boyfriend's renovation (I don't know how is it called, he lives in Mexico). They told me it is easier to do it by internet because you can see the calendar and which days are available.
The fee involved in your Mexican passport renewal depends on the type of passport you want. A three year passport will cost you $74. Whereas, should you require a six year renewal, you will have to pay $101. Step 1: Find. Proof of Mexican Nationality. Proof of Identity. Passport-style photos. Form OP5, Application for Mexican Passport. Pay the appropriate fee
No
1. Call mexitel to schedule the appointment. 2. Come to the consulate on the day and time of appointment. 3. Bring an official photo ID. Example: passport (Mexican or American), consular registration, voting credential, driver's license (Mexican or American), other identification, etc. 4. Pay $ 13 for the minutes. If you want more copies, bring more money. They accept cash, check and VISA cards (debit and credit).
Mexican consular officers may provide you with information about the process, but they will not submit the request for you. Providing a copy of a birth certificate is not a service offered by Mexican consulates. The government agency in charge of that is the office of civil registry (“Oficina del Registro Civil” in Spanish) of the state in Mexico where your birth was registered. If you were born in Mexico, there are two ways in which you can get a copy of your birth certificate. The fastest and easiest way to get a copy of your birth certificate is to contact a relative or friend who lives in the state where you were born and ask her to make an in-person request at the office of civil registry in the state where your birth was recorded. Birth certificates from Mexican states are considered public records, and everyone who has certain information about you, such as your full name, date of birth, place of birth, parents’ names, etc. can request a certificate
there in the consulate can not get the record?
Dear Edwin, good afternoon. Appointments are made exclusively through the MEXITEL system, which depends on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and not on the Consulates. MEXITEL's telephone number is 1.877.639.4835

MEXITEL not jala not know pq not fix. Depends on the process, you can find online and it sometimes has a telephone and extension number. Otherwise, I recommend you go in person and ask at the counter Sad but true
Mexitel does stink, but in the office they treated me very well, will not it be different accent? They are from different parts. At first I thought they were talking to me "very ugly" but it was the accent, that's how they talked, probably they thought I was talking to them "beaten"
We can't eow
Try tenprano sea car so you run with luck so that you attend a lot abla so if you can mark tenprano is more the possibility that you give a sita
You can make copies of the birth certificate at all consulates (include this site). You no longer have to schedule an appointment by phone in Mexitel and bring a photo ID to verify your identity. Each copy of the birth certificate you want is going to cost you $ 13 (or sometimes for free it depends on the situation but bring the cash... OR VISA or Master Card if you have one, that can include credit cards or debit).
Dear Yolanda, good evening. In the following link you can find all the information: https://consulmex.sre.gob.mx/seattle/index.php/es/tramites/registro-civil/actas-de-nacimiento

Good morning Roberto. These are the steps: 1. Make an appointment through MEXITEL (https://mexitel.sre.gob.mx/citas.webportal/pages/public/login/login.jsf) or 1-877-639-4835. 2. Go to the Consulate personally. It requires: An identification with photograph, birth certificate and a proof of address. This procedure is free. 3. If the procedure is approved, the INE sends the credential directly to your home. Greetings.
Good day, where does it appear that the Mexican Consulate is not located at 807 E. Roy St., Seattle, WA, 98102? We have made the modification in all the digital platforms we know and disseminated the information in the media. If we forget any, we would be very grateful if you tell us which one we forgot. Greetings.
https://consulmex.sre.gob.mx/denver/index.php/documenta/registrocivil/registro-de-nacimiento Depends if it's for you or not. I needed my US birth certificate, my Mexican parents birth certificate, my parents marriage certificate and a valid form of identification.
Hello Fernando, If you require your birth certificate for a procedure before a Mexican authority, you can obtain it by following the steps on the https://www.gob.mx/actas portal. If not, you can come to the Consulate with a picture ID, between 8:30 AM and 1:00 PM. https://consulmex.sre.gob.mx/seattle/index.php/es/tramites/registro-civil/actas-de-nacimiento If it does not appear online, we recommend you contact the civil registry of the state in which you were registered to make sure it is digitalized.
If possible. Please call (206) 448-3526 for guidance. Greetings.
Buenas tardes. The requirements for an OP7 permit are available on the following page: https://consulmex.sre.gob.mx/seattle/index.php/es/tramites/permiso-op7 Greetings.
Yes, but only if you know the right extension. The website lists some incorrect numbers so be aware about that.
Dear Susana, In the event that the person meets all the requirements established by the regulations, the process takes approximately between 60 and 90 minutes from their arrival until they leave the Consulate. Greetings.
To obtain a valid certificate from the Mexican authorities, in addition to visiting the Consulate, you can also process it online. See the page https://www.gob.mx/actas and follow the steps on the screen. Greetings.

If your father inherited that from you, we have it in your name. Yes, it depends on who is in his power at the moment, getting advice is better with a notary public
I have made regular appointments every end of the month and at that time the service is already available
Dear Diana, an apology. Due to the high demand, the MEXITEL service is sometimes saturated. We recommend you call back or make your appointment through the page mexitel.sre.gob.mx or in the application for cell phones and tablets: MiConsulmex.

In Washington state there is only 1 Mexican Consulate that covers WA, AK and the northwest part of ID. The closest ones are in Boise, ID and Portland, OR

Dear Ricardo, good afternoon. Could you tell us what was the problem you had? Thanks a lot.
Dear Oralia, the number is 1.877.639.4835.
The birth certificate
They wont give out any contact info to anyone else, but you can hand it over at the Consulate and they know how to reach the owner (they usually make contact and arrange an address to mail).
Original Birth Certificate, an identification where your name matches the Certificate. If you changed your surname to married, present the original Marriage Certificate and in this way, you can also put the married name in the passport. There are three types: 3 years $ 74 6yrs $ 101 10 years $ 136
Good afternoon, in case of not having witnesses, personal from this office can act as tetigos if you wish.
Good afternoon, you should check with the airline which documents they ask for in this case. I suppose that your son will travel with a US passport, if they ask for this notarized document, this can be done in a bank, where he manages his account, they have this service.
We are happy to help you, what do you need guidance or help with?
Dear Jose, we are sorry for your bad experience. Would you like specific information about any procedure or service?
Good afternoon, it is recommended that for international travel your passport be valid for 6 months after the date of your flight.
The Birth Certificate can be processed at the Consulate. You also need identification and proof of address in your name. The identification can be an ID or Washington driver's license, a Certificate of Primary, Secondary, Baccalaureate, Professional Certificate. You should go to the Consulate at your new address: 807 E Roy St corner of Harvard Ave, Seattle, Wa 98102 In this way, you can analyze your case and see what options you have.
You can vote online if you are registered voter. Check the Mexican Consulate web page for more information.
They will go 16 November 17 and 18 but the date of the appointment is November 1 😊
You need your original birth certificate, your license or ADI and a proof of address in your lucky name
May 1, 2 and 3 will be the Consulate On Wheels in Yakima.
You can enter Mexico with the American passport although they will only give you a permit for 6 months. If you want to be more than 6 months it is better that you enter with the Mexican
And
Call the consulate and they inform you ... 😎
The consulate is not called fast and easy
There's 2 hour parking right along the street and there's a parking lot right across the street I Used The 2 Hour One And It Was Good
Maybe I should ask right there or call on the phone but they suppose I have to do it unless there are missing papers
If there is in the same consulate and it takes change so that they do not make you turn around but they also accept card
If it is already expired they ask you everything as if it were the first time and if not yet only the passport that is going to expire
It depends on what you want to get if it is a passport, consular card, voter card and if you want it to serve you here as an identification other than the Washington ID, but all you need is on the page of the Mexican Consulate in Seattle
Once tried to go to the Mexican consulate that is in Seattle, I really have some time that I went to get mine but I do not remember the requirements and if you can have time I remember that to ask what requirements are needed you do not need to make an appointment and It's very fast because they give you on a sheet the requirements
The process lasts about one hour if you take the correct documents and leave with your passport in hand that day.
You have to call mexitel looking for the number in Google !!!
Go to the consulate and process it for free and they send it to your house. I think you have the license. I think nothing else.
You have to call to schedule your appointment, tell you the documents you need and the cost of the procedure
Birth certificate, voter card, consular registration, certificate of education issued by the secretary of education you need 2 of these documents either certificate and credential or certificate and act that depends on which you have everything they serve you
Hello, it's going to cost you 13 dollars
I do not think because I ask for direct from Mexico because here you could not luck with this
I do not know, I do not have a car
Yes, you can travel with a green card to Mexico anytime. It would be good if you have a valid passport. That will prevent any delays in your trip. They (custom officials) want to know who is entering the nation.
There is a government website that you can check if you can legalize a foreign vehicle in Mexico. Based on the identification number of the vehicle found on the front door or glass.
The best way is to resort to the authorities of the consulate! Or be another type of authority related to the subject. !! Good luck.!!
