If anyone needs a company committed 100% to customer service its, "Servpro of Central Brevard...We had water damage from an adorning condo...the entire Living room & partial bedroom suffered heavy water damage, one phone call & Ray, Josh, Michael, came out evaluated the damage & Josh & Michael immediately began removing water, wall to wall carpet & baseboards...placing down floor air blowers & dehumidifiers...checking them daily until reaching complete dry out...Josh was extremely professional & knowledgeable ..."Servpro of Central Brevard" sets the standard for others to follow.

Great Service with super friendly call in help from Michelle. The two polite and friendly Service Techs showed up to my home in Port St. John quickly and started the water evacuation from my Master Bedroom carpet along with drying out my Master Bath. Very happy with my results and hopefully will not have to use their services again, but if I do, I've loaded their number in my cell for the just in case emergency.

This is the second time I have needed this service. The employees sent to look at for an estimate and tear out as well as clean up were all experienced and professional.Chad,Anthony, Peady,, Davie and Alex all worked together to get the work done efficiently and without ANY problems. they all showed up on time, came with uniform shirts and went above what I expected. Mechele on the phone was pleasant and efficient and easy to work with to get the jib started without delay. After the plumbing leak was repaired, the Emergency Response team arrived and set up the necessary equipment to dry the area. They then scheduled their demo crew to remove damaged material and flooring. Both crews were extremely polite and courteous. The Serve Pro personnel lessened the hardship of this situation. They are to be commended for their professionalism and I highly recommend their services.
