The manger is great, but the people are weird. There is always a guy in a white car going around and taking pictures of the building late at night. I might have to confront him. Is this something the office is having him do or what? If not ima put an end to it.

This is a great place to live. Very friendly family oriented! The apartments are clean neat and when we moved in I was blown away past expectations. I would recommend living here!

I have lived in Willow Apartments for 7 years and I can honestly say that this complex has, without question, the single worst maintenance response out of any apartment complex I have ever lived in. It took them 6 months to fix a bathroom door, despite numerous requests and promises to do so, and now the heater is broken and it will be over a week until it is fixed at the earliest, which means I will not have any heat over Christmas (I gave up asking them to fix the electric fireplace years ago). To their credit, they did give me a space heater the size of a grapefruit; however, since I don't live in a tent, I find this to be rather inadequet. They recently sent me a notice that it's time to renew my lease, where I will be paying more money for this lack of professionalism and indifference to their tenants. Avoid this place at all costs.

I do NOT recommend living here. They're all nice and pleasant when you go into the office, the apartments seem nice, but once you're moved in, if you have any major issues, (like your a/c going out for 3 months in the dead of summer and mold growing in your vinyl floors) they will take their time trying to fix the issue. I've had mold in my floor for 2 months now and nothing has been done. Ridiculous. Paying 1300 for any apartment, you should get perfect service.
