Underwhelming. Way too many people to be relaxing, you'll be stopping every 40 feet to let someone go by the opposite direction. Once you get to the waterfall, there will be 20 other people there making all kinds of racket, going to the bathroom in the trees, and screaming at their kids, so you really cant just sit and enjoy nature. I guess if you are just looking for exercise, this is great, but dont expect to connect with nature, but I guess thats expected within city limits.

Well worth the hike. Nice little falls, good elevation gain, and some gorgeous trees towards the end.

It is just rocks some times though so make sure you are wearing appropriate shoes on your way.
You can camp no fire including propane stoves without a permit from forest service
About 1hr.30 minutes to 2 hrs one way hike depending on your speed. Hope that helps.
You have to cross a man made bridge made out of logs. You may get wet if you lose your balance but it's a shallow river next to the waterfall
You can probably go fishing if you want, but there won't be much catching.
Mountain biking is probably not a good idea.
Most of it is in the Mt. Rose Wilderness, so emphatically no.
