The old crabby lady who answers the phone exactly this day and time should retire! She was rude and wouldn't let me speak. Also they gave my son the wrong antibiotics for his ears and had to pay to go back. wouldn't reccomend

Made an appointment at 3:15pm for chronic low blood sugar, wait in my car about 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Blood sugar starts going back down so I go inside and the receptionist says 3 people are ahead of me because they are sicker than me. She already took my copay so I can't leave. I let her know exactly what I thought about that and I won't be coming back to this location. So ridiculous, if people so sick they can't breath they need to go to ER not urgent care
