I have loved living here since June 2018! The office staff is amazing! The apartments are so nice and modern! A little piece of luxury to come home to at the end of a long, hard, work day! I love that there are rules and regulations that help keep residents doing the right thing. I love that maintenance/repairs happens fast when you request it. I love the residents. My neighbors are so cool, and clean, and respectful. I would definitely live here again!

Was the first resident in 2017 before they finalized the community and construction. Interior design is modern and there is consistent work to maintain the cleanliness of both indoor and outdoor spaces. Been a local to the neighborhood prior to that move so it's an especially pleasant experience. Management and support have always been reliable, responsive, and supportive. A lot of effort put forth into events and services that cater to the residential community. Resident app makes it very convenient to communicate to staff RE utilities services, general questions, or rent payments. Amenities, playground, and park are maintained frequently. YMCA, local schools, and shopping plaza (all within walking distance) makes it even more ideal!

Being Comfortable Happy and feeling Safe are all what I looked for when getting the chance to live here and we enjoy it. My kids and I are Great here. Our staff in the office is super open and so nice Both Ladies. Maintenance is so on point if you need some thing fixed they are so great. Blessings on Blessings to be here.

I love living here. It’s A quiet community and that’s great. I love the floor plan . The only thing I didn’t like was when I had family over and cooking I received a complaint. 1st time in 2 years i had company over like that. The walls are paper thin. The office staff here are really sweet and professional. They know me by name which makes me more comfortable. My kids and I love it here ☺️
