Apartment has flooded twice in a four month span. Front office verbatim says that it is apart of "apartment life." Love this place!

Can’t say enough great things about this property! All the staff is so friendly and accomadating. Manager Karina and Asst manager Sabrina are fantastic and handle everything the way things should be done! Maintenance works so hard to keep everything up. Overall great place to live and location is hard to beat. Highly recommend!

Worst apartments to ever live in. When I first moved here feb 2020 I called and asked what amount I needed to put on the cashier check and was told 1700 to move in. My move in day came & they never replaced the old carpet so I was forced to move with into a place with a huge stain on the carpet upstairs. The following month I get a huge bill in the mail saying I needed to pay 2k due to the leasing agent giving me the wrong amount to move in with. Remind you I had just paid for my sister funeral. Fast forward to Dec I started getting harassing calls from Sabrina the asst manager( worst passive aggressive person ever) about me owning $900 and she threaten me with a eviction for about 3 weeks( Texas rent relief paid the rent for 4 months so I know I didn’t owe any money) go to court and the eviction was DISMISSED due to a course me not owing anything (took off work and everything). The asst manager SABRINA & TIFFANY ARE RUDEEEEEE! DO NOT MOVE HERE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. PS THE REVIEW ON HOMELESS MEN SLEEPING EVERYWHERE IS ABSOLUTELY TRUE!

Stay AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE. If I could give negative stars, I would. Upon arriving on my agreed upon move-in day, I received my keys, walked into my apartment, and found it ACTIVELY UNDER CONSTRUCTION. A man was in the kitchen, construction materials were everywhere - no cabinets in the kitchen, no cabinet doors or mirror in the bathroom. Not to mention the place was clearly not cleaned as it should be prior to move-in (and especially during a pandemic). What's worse is that when I went to the front desk to tell them - THEY HAD NO IDEA. Not only was this highly inconvenient - it's an absolute safety concern that construction workers are roaming the apartment complex without management knowing (and clearly having keys to get in wherever they would like). I immediately got out of the lease and am so glad I didn't have to live in this horrible place with even worse management. Even just in signing my lease, they gave me problems at every turn - not giving credit to the agent I had used and refusing to be flexible at all on my move-in date (even when I agreed to pay more rent - they said I would have to sign an entirely new lease and be subject to a new rent rate). Oh and not calling or e-mailing back while days went by for multiple requests. AND not tracking on whether an apartment was actually ready for move-in. Live anywhere else but here!!!!
