Enclave on Golden Triangle Apartments

The apartments are nice and there wasn’t much noise. However parking was horrible. I had an assigned spot but came home to someone parked in my spot several times throughout the year. It’s very frustrating not being able to park in my spot and having to park in front of the office and walk a long way back to my apartment. Also I was only here a year and at the end of my lease the renewal rate is more than $200/month higher than the year before.

Place is not well run. Ladies in the front office are a special kind of ignorant. The actual apartments are mediocre at best but the people working the office will drag your IQ down a few points.

One of the best places to live. I highly recommend living here. The staff is always friendly and will answer any questions you may have or concerns that may come up. It's a quiet gated community. With moving here from out of state I feel safe and would recommend this place to all my friends and family. The apartments are well-kept and well maintained and if you ever need maintenance they are always on top of it. I also love that they are also a pet friendly community. I am definitely going to renew my lease. After 3 years living at Enclave on Golden triangle. It's time to move on. But without a doubt I highly recommend renting a apartment here. Everyone was always friendly and answered all my questions and concerns anytime something came up. Great apartment and felt safe living here. anytime I needed maintenance or whatever they were always on top of it. Dog park, pool, gym, basketball court. everything you need. walmart across the street and Aldi's opening up soon. what else could you ask for everything right at your fingertips. Hope you enjoy this place as much as I did.

I have lived at Enclave since 2013 and really enjoy it here. There have been several employees in the management office during this time and they all go above and beyond what is necessary to help those living on the property. Currently, Stacy, at the front desk is the best person to date at that position. She will do whatever it takes to help the residents out and makes you feel like part of the family. Please do not lose her!Lisa has also been very responsive when needed. The maintenance guys are also very helpful and responsive when something needs to be repaired.
