I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not rent here. Absolutely no communication, huge late fees are charged even when payments are made on time, and good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. I have gone months trying to get inaccurate late charges off of my account with no answers or calls back. New management took over and it seems like they are charging fees to try and get people out, because even my neighbors are getting random charges on their accounts. Not to mention the pipe outside of our apartment that has burst numerous times causing water to leak into our apartment under the baseboards, so it’s obviously not being fixed. Very unprofessional and unorganized, save your time and sanity and rent elsewhere.

Roach problem, pool closed full year we've lived here, dog park fence doesn't keep dogs in, poor communication from the office, no AC in "cold" months even when it's over 90 out, always trash laying around

I’d give negative stars if it were possible, so far we (me and my partner) are trying to get approved for a lease and the staff has not communicated whatsoever with us. I spent and hour and a half calling them trying to get information and the only time the speak to us is if we drive and hour from Dallas and see them in person. They seem not to care whether we do business with them and we have spent too much money in fees to just back out.
