We moved to these apartments when they were still called sixty25 about 2.5 years ago and we loved them. One year into the contract Cortland bought out the complex and ever since it’s been horrible. There is always random people walking around in the complex and the pool is ALWAYS full of people that don’t live there. Even after emails of complains and pictures they’ve yet to do anything about it. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone unless you rent an apartment from their main complex.

4/18/2021 - I reported the apt maintenance guys for stalking and showing up for maintenance work without proper paper work - It turned out to be a police visit after 3 hrs of my complaint. Don't trust the apt maintenance guys. They will continue to spy through my windows, and give infos to third party and wife that doesn't reside here any longer. They lied to police about things never said and playing around. very unprofessional approach to put their house in order. I promise to sue them if anything goes wrong through them. Very racist approach and unprofessional means of handling complaints. honest reviews will cause occupants more trouble. I am regretting my stay - security doors are never locked on my side of the building. Security cameras are never reliable and theft instances can't be tracked. Not good for kids, vicious dogs gallivant around on occasions without handlers, smell of weeds and others observed. Last year, van was forcefully opened with landscape equipment and tools stolen away. 2021 Jan till date - My catalytic converter got stolen from work van, wife car has been brushed open twice with valuables stolen. USPS, Amazon Delivery mails have been stolen from door fronts more than 4 occasions. Miscreants and scavengers drive in/tailgate in and out of apartment 247. Just this morning I couldn't find my pre-owned car on the lot, there was no hint, tag/warning sign on this, it's a car I just bought in as a replacement car on 16thSept. Apartment will only say sorry and don't care about their residents . In dare need if a careless management and security - come here. I can't wait to get out of here when lease expires and its sad I will be spending $400 to reclaim a vehicle stolen by the apartment and Capital tow - 9-23-2021 I had shared 2-3 different cases with police report and I still get follow up calls from police but apt wouldn't do anything better than sorry. Sorry wouldn't fix my loss or loved ones if anything wrong happens to them
