Anyone can go in. There is hiking trails and such.
My understanding is that the park is owned by a board, it use to belong to a church but was given or sold to an independent board of directors.
Unfortunately we are not able to fit the feeding program into our budget this year. We're hoping through some aggressive fundraising, events like Topeka Haunted Woods, and some clever community partnerships, we'll be able to bring back the feeding program in 2019. Victory Tabernacle, the Church of God, and Summer Assembly are still meeting at Forest Park this summer.
