Am a premium member called yesterday for them to send locksmith to make a key for my car was told 2 hour wait. After 1 hour they called me and told me the locksmith made his last call and is done for the day.they asked if i wanted scheduled for the next day.i said no my car and i are stranded im not staying here . they said would u like an immediate tow i said yes 6 hours later after i called and talked to 4 people during this time i finally got towed.if i could give negative stars i would

You may call for Roadside Assistance whenever you need it and receive up to four service call entitlements per membership year at no charge under the AAA Classic, Plus, and PlusRV plans. For any additional calls in the same year, you will still receive service; however, you will be charged for it at a special member rate.
