People living in this community are nice. When I moved in, they helped me a lot to carry the heavy stuff into my apartment. The property manager, Miss Chantel Sanders is so nice and considerate. She provided a great service which I have rarely seen before. A good community depends not on how new the buildings are, but on how friendly people are treating each other!! Ware

I am so pleased with Casa Rosa management (Mrs Chantel Sanders) and maintenance (Mr. Sam).They welcomed me into my new residence with open arms and the best service apartment complexes has to offer. From what I’ve seen and my experience so far Casa Rosa would be a great place for some one who’s building trying to get themselves to the next level in life.

From last year until now Ms. Chantel has stayed getting this property together, from running off homeless people, drug activity, and irate residents. It used to be a very volitile area and now it is peaceful and quiet. We see the difference and the change. She helps us with rent relief, computer tech issues, and so much more. She is so helpful. She deals with so many rude people on a daily basis but she serves them with a positive attitude. Thank you Ms. Chantel for being the best and longest manager that has ever stayed and been committed to our needs.
