I came in over a month ago to inquire about possibly getting on the wait list, they told me they would only talk to me by appointment so made one for today (apparently they are pretty booked up) they just gave me a paper with the prices on it and said come back today. I drive 30 minutes to my appointment this morning and she tells me she will have to reschedule me because I didn’t have the application they “gave me” filled out. They never gave me an application or said anything about what to bring. I have even called up there half a dozen times prior to today to find out if I needed to bring anything but no one will answer the phone!! Waste of time and gas I just said I will pass. If this is how they treat potential residents I don’t want to see how they treat the people who actually live there!

The staff is so rude . They Never do work orders like you have to go to office so many times for them to come fix the issue. There dumpster is full and they are so fast to charge you $50 fine

I went to the Office with a problem, the office manager did Nothing within her power to help me. No need in calling the phones never get answered (please spare me the automated email/call response). Seems as tho the only way to get your attention is to write a review. So here's a list of my issues: There is no security presence or even a threat of one. My car along with others was broken into. My tire was slashed. Office personnel have no idea of what goes on here or how to solve it. Maintenance is basically non existant. My cabinet has been hanging off the wall for months. I had to move my dishes. My dishwasher and garbage disposal are not working properly. Now the dropbox is blocked from usage and there is only one person in the office fighting for her life because I'm not the only tenant trying to figure out what is going on! I'm not upset just stating facts at this point.

The one star is for the cheap rent and the cheap rent only. Everything else at this property needs MAJOR attention. The office never answers the phone and when they do they are ZERO help. I'm not sure how Courtney still manages the property because all the "monster" reviews about her are 100% correct. She is very condescending and just flat out rude to tenants. Neither my roommate or myself have EVER had a good experience with her and that alone should tell you the the of manager she is. As far as maintenance requests, don't even bother. Your better off trying to fix it yourself. They are quick to send out violations and charges but never want complete or even address routine work orders such as a garbage disposal, air filters etc. The trash chute is CONSTANTLY overflowing with thrash to the point it is in the road and honestly just makes the property look ran down and trashy.
