If you like maintenance going to the office and gossiping about you causing the management to email you. If you like living here for 5 years and they argue over 35.00 when they can just be nice and try to make you happy…

This location it’s a very nice apartment on the outside. But I would never live here. This was one of those places I was strongly considering but had another opportunity open up but two of my family members decided to move in. This apartment and their sales team Emphasize strongly on it being a gated secure safe community. Safe secure and gated it is very much the wrong terminologies to use here. They do have a gate but the apartment community is an extreme cheapskate and the gate does not work more than half the time. The cameras are pretty much decoration because after multiple instances of a lowlife crowd roaming the parking lot and stealing whatever they can get their hands on. When police reports have been filed the apartment says and I quote. Oh the cameras were not working and even if they were ,you cannot see anything clearly enough to differentiate anything”. In the very short time that they’ve been there he had his wife’s car window busted out she had nothing valuable and her car. Just a lowlife crowd busting it just seeing what they can find. Also a secure toolbox fastened to the truck Was removed and stolen in the middle of the night when the gate was wide open non-functioning and the camera systems were turned off. How convenient you might think almost sounds like an inside job! When management is approached using all the proper channels they say oh we cannot claim any liability for that. Unhelpful , unsafe community That is the bottom line so if you are considering a new place to live I would strongly consider somewhere else and do not fall for the sales pitch because it is all smoke and mirrors.
