Worst experience I have ever had. Poor communication with patients and inner office personnel. This place is a joke. Please don't waste your time or money.

Just had another bad experience with customer no service. Usually phone reps are so helpful but not so this morning. Called following up on why my MRI had not been scheduled from where I had called in from the 5th of August and got huge ugly attitude from young lady on phone. ‘It is not in notes you ever called in, you need new orders, as yours has expired from the ones written in May’, exactly -that is what I am trying to tell you except- (I messed up and said June). I need new orders so they can schedule. ‘ Well it going to take a minute’. Exactly…why I called in on the 5th, it’s now the 16th…then wanted to hand up on me. I know they have to put up with a bunch of hateful people, but I was not even hateful to her at all. Just trying to figure out why the new orders had not been sent yet. She rudely wished me a good day and that just set me off, so I hope she has the day she deserved! Get your phone reps some help if they are already upset by 9:00 in the morning.

It is entirely too difficult to get in touch with the facility. I have called 4 times today and only got to speak to someone once. Also playing off of this, they have one member of staff who handles peer to peer conversations with your insurance providers. I have called and left voicemails for her for the last 10 days. 13 days after my MRI was denied do to her not calling in. I never heard back from her. I even went into the office and had them call her and text her. No responses came from that. When I did get in touch with her today (6th time trying), she was excessively rude from the very beginning of the call. When I let her know that I have been trying to reach her, she cut me off and demanded why I'm calling her. Argued with me about everything. Laughed at me as she told me she can't do anything to help me. Unfortunately I'd rather deal with all the pain than have to deal with her and a facility that lets someone as unprofessional as her handle any kind of patient access.

All drs are able to cut meds. All the dr do consult with the others. But they have rules and guidelines they have to follow as to how much they can allow. But you can always ask the dr why they cut them or reach out to someone in management.

I haven't had that done yet I've been getting injections in my back but that's a cool place I mean they're real nice and they'll take care of you
