Scame scame. Don’t come to this location or Verizon at all. They show you low price for 2 line’s and then when I came store to do it price got up from 120$ a month to 183 and plus 3 year contract. Don’t waist your time or money here !!!! And girl told me 120$ a month for 2 line and after that store change to 183 😂 Verizon gave people wrong info till you put your feet in the door

Corporate needs to get their act together. I cam here to upgrade my phone after speaking on phone and thru chat about it. Right before I went I talked to chat about keeping my phone a couple days longer after getting my upgrade so that I can get everything off. We'll I get to the store andninstead of what I was just told they are telling me that, I would have to give the phone up right a way. After explains to the "manager" that's not the case and that I came here on my lunch break and now I'm being told different. Well he didn't want to hear me out so he turned back around after cutting in, like he never said or heard anything I said. So I left and I called corporate again and explained to them what happened. The man on the phone said that they could have EASILY given me even just a few hrs as it's the stores digression to allow me that time. He even mentioned if you didn't turn the phone in it would be on me not them and my account would have been charged for the remainder of the phone... well that's not what happened. It was handled terrible and made it seem like I was the one in the wrong... will NOT give this store my service again. I'm now one special and that's how your treated. #closethisstore
