Last two pickups were confirmed but they never showed up. We neatly organized and put out several bags of clothing and household goods. We needed up taking them to Goodwill two days later.

I tried to donate to them several times 1 time they left my clothes on my porch and it rained and I had to throw everything in the trash this time they never picked up finally i reached them they assured me they would come still no show had 6 bags of good clothes waiting I will find someone else to donate too this is horrible. They never show up why call me to donate when you are not gonna pick up NO MORE

Not the first time but will be the last. After multiple calls, I decided to try to donate once again; I placed several items for pickup and as it was raining I had majority of items in garage with garage door opened and a note to pickup in garage…again no show. I will ask to remove from the calling profile. I do not recommend dealing with the company Nspire/Hope which is unfortunate as it post as a worthy cause but unworthy reliability.

Unfortunately, I'm sending a message to management team cause you get your staff, people to make phone calls to consumers However you never follow up with these staff! It's so very time consuming for me to put clothes out However None of your staff shows up to pick them up like they said they would just like before, I've doing this for 3yeard years and uou guys consistently disappointed me Im.done! Iwill find another way to donate professional clothing!

I am requesting a pick up for sofas and other items. What are the items that you do NOT take? Do you pick up furniture from inside the home? if so, will you wear a face covering before entering my home? How soon can you come to get donations? Thanks for the information.

Thomas Anderson - if they can manage robo calls on a continual basis - they can manage a call to let you know they were unable to pick up. Megan - depending where you live you may be able to schedule a pickup from other charities.
I'm looking for a place to donate where the people in need get the donations vs. selling them to the public and a portion of the proceeds go to help.

Connie, We love our donors and their willingness to donate, it could be a couple of things. Did you have it out before 7am? Were your donations clearly labeled? Were your donations visible from the street? Did your donations fit the criteria for acceptable donations? We try our best to minimize missed stops, however we do put a lot of wear and tear on our vehicles on a daily basis so mechanical truck failures do happen. We are extremely sorry that we missed you, but your loving willingness to donate is greatly appreciated. I am one of the truck drivers and I try my very best to get every single donation but in some cases missed stops do happen. I am not management but I can forward your grievance to them.
They give you a place to build yourself a new life and get you well on your way . Job , clothes , appartment , a kick start . I was there for a 1 1/2 years and got my own place , 2 cars and a good paying job
Nspire Outreach is a very busy place but if you keep trying they will pick up everything

Was the items seen from the street and marked ? It's your decision not to donate to the needed . The donations are for homelessness / women coming from domestic violence.
