Adidas is very respected brand and would expect it the employees they hire to be just as respectful. 9/15/2022 I went to the store located in Lawrenceville, ga I’ve never had any where near a uncomfortable experience shopping here until today. As I was looking around one of the employees tried to greet me by saying, “ sir do you need any help today”. I ignored thinking she talking to someone else that may have been near me but I noticed no one else was around me. She tried again and and I responded with, “I’m not a man” and the employee just walked off without apologizing. I told another manager that was on the floor and they apologized for them but did nothing further. I understand accidents but for someone who has the position of a manager to not apologize and walk off is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Adidas has all types of customers so if it is not completely obvious that I am a certain gender then employees shouldn’t be addressing customers as such without knowing. I shop here on a regular but I guess don’t get upset if their employees are completely unprofessional. Just hire anyone and promote anybody.

Terrible customer service ! I drove 30 min to the store to do a return and store manager Liz started closing the gate at 7:59. The gate was half way up because they stii had customerthe store store. I asked if I could just do a return and she nonchalantly said no were closed.
