I normally do not do reviews but I have been going here for a few years and I have always received the best care from Dr. Fernando. Dr. Fernando and Jurni were my 1st and Emily and they always treated me with care and respect and you feel like they truly care. The staff is great and makes you feel welcomed. In all my years of dealing with doctors in my adult life I have never had a primary doctor and healthcare team in my adult life that is attentive and check on you when you are in the hospital and when you are discharged. They make you feel like they care and that you are not just a number. With my illness it can become tiresome to Doctors or healthcare professionals because of how sick I am and how sick I get and some Doctors don't take the time to hear you but they choose to judge you because you look normal and healthy but Dr.Fernanado has not made me feel that way. I brag about him and the team. I have considered changing my insurance but I wouldn't want to loose the quality care I receive.

The best doctor office there is. As soon as you walk in you feel at home. The whole staff cares about you. They take time with you and listens to you. They cater to seniors 65 and over. I highly recommend this place. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I like going to Iora Prymary care this is the best place look if some one came to me and said I will a tons of money to go to another Doctor yes The money looks good but I would have to decline because this is the best place for me I have the best doctor in all the world he listen to me he under stands me and above all he knows I do not want to feel this way tired and Depressed I would not trade my Doctor or my Coach or every one else in the world because I have the best support in the whole world my Doctor and the staff needs a gold medal this is what every Doctor need to do get to know patients and take time with them from Margie taylor

We are a primary care doctor’s office for adults on Medicare. We offer in person, video and telephone visits for patients. Our patients have access to a Behavioral Health Specialist on-site. Our patients are also able to access an Iora provider 24/7 by phone for urgent needs after business hours or on the weekends. We also have on-site laboratories and can coordinate transportation when you need help getting to appointments.In addition, we provide exercise and health and wellness group classes.
We’re Iora, a doctor’s office dedicated to providing quality primary care for adults 65 and older on Medicare. We’re here for seniors with quality care that’s focused only on you. As an Iora patient, you receive a primary care provider and Health Coach who are focused on your needs, and you are also supported by a care team. We practice relationship-based care, which means we take the time to get to know our patients and value the relationships we build with them.
We are open and welcoming new patients, and remain on call for our patients 24/7. While COVID-19 remains a threat, especially for older adults, we are encouraging video visits as the best first option for most care. For patients in need of in-person care, we are taking measures to safeguard the health of our patients and care teams in our practices. This includes cleaning the exam room after every appointment, wearing personal protective equipment, as well as requiring patients to wear masks when they are at the practice.
We can partner with any specialist that is in your insurance network. If you have existing relationships with specialists, great! Feel free to keep them. If not, we can recommend one.
While we are not affiliated with any hospital, we can work with any hospital that is within your network and we can coordinate with your loved ones to help ensure you are getting the care you need.
