I am so thankful to the team of doctor Hazel and Nishith Oza, PT. First, Dr. Hazel listened to my concerns and quickly diagnosed my problem. And included in the treatment plan was physical therapy. I was in so much pain, it was hard to walk or even sit down. The only time I received pain relief was laying on my back. Dr. Nishith was my therapist and he was very patient with me, he led me step by step throughtheprocess to recovery. Some exercise was difficult at first but gradually with his guidance and encouragement I was able to persevere. It was a long journey. But today, I am free of pain thank God. And thanks to these wonderful doctors and staff I have quality of life once again. God bless you all.

Good morning! For primary care / walk-in clinic, the office visit depot is $110 / new patient and $100 / established patient. Specialist clinics may have higher fees. If you need additional testing or in-clinic treatment, there will be additional charges. Thank you!
Yes they are a Family Clinic with many different specialties including primary care. I have been going there for a decades and they have specialist and just about everything you need
