Absolutely INCOMPETENT office workers from the the checkin staff all the way to the office manager. Could not understand what INCOMPETENT meant when I said them booking an appointment for a patient in a wheelchair with muscular dystrophy not qualifying for insurance payment because they were wrong. Seriously??? They got mad at me for using a big word I guess, gave me a nasty attitude, so I gave it right back. Told me they were going to call police, I said please do so the officer can explain how INCOMPETENT you are. Go anywhere else, absolutely awful!!

They are delayed because when they take care of you they give you all the time you need and they solve all your doubts, that causes the time of admission of other patients to be delayed.
