Dr. Yeoh is very thorough and gets into detail to explain so that one can understand what he's talking about.

I waited for nearly an hour to go to the nack. He talked to me for 5 minutes then suggested am xray. I sat in the xray room for another hour waiting for him to review the xray. In that time I heard him meet with 3 other patients I steped out and let him know I had a physical scheduled across town, he said he'd be right woth me. 20 minutes later he comes from one patient and goes to start with another, still leaving me in a small dank room with holes in the ceiling. Unprofessional and disappointing.

Dr. Allen was nice and respectful and made the personal choice not to proceed with the elective procedure (which I can respect), and they refunded me for the consultation because of that. However, this is extremely frustrating, because I took time off work for the consultation, and it could have been a phone call. Dr. Allen said that the call center didn't tell him my circumstances, so I think Georgia Urology should give the doctors some information prior to the visit so that they can just cancel and save everybody a lot of trouble. People were almost certainly waiting in the waiting room in line behind me that could have had their appointment sooner.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COST My aunt had never had such worse care in her entire life. Not only did she have to carry around nephrostomy bag for a 2 whole week while waiting for Dr.Yeoh to come back from vacation to remove a kidney stone that was unable to be removed by lithotripsy, he then decided to do another procedure at the day of surgery but was unsuccessful again. After he was finished with the procedure, he did not come by to check on my aunt once and the only people I saw was the nurses. We then asked the nurses if they can change the bandage on her nephrostomy site but it seemed like none of the nurses new how to change it. The lack of communication and respect for the patient at this clinic is appalling. I am a nurse myself and have never seen such care as bad as this. My aunt later caught an infection from the nephrostomy tube and had to go to Emory ER. She later found that he had puncture the ureter because of his many fail attempts.
