This apartment complex is beautiful and community very calm and welcoming. The amenities included in living here are TOP NOTCH and the staff is very nice, efficient, and punctual with any request or issue you may have. I want to shout out specifically Heather Alba. She has made the whole process of apartment hunting and set up 10000x easier with clear cut explanation and direction on what is needed to be done prior to move in and during the moving process. She is SO friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding.

On my journey for a place not just any but with criteria to call home. I found Cypress Waters, and Heather has been amazing! My walk-in was last minute but I knew I had to see it. Though busy and last minute Heather was able to accommodate my time not once not twice like 4 times and showed me and my boys everything. Even have the history of the chiming bells! It has been along time since I have been completely content. My view is amazing 😁 the food is great 🔥 and the winery 🍷🥂 is made here in North Texas awesome! Gym has 8,000 sqft completely unheard of for an apartment 😅 The best I have ever seen!!! My friends now say I live in a resort and funny it feels that way but love it😍! My son did too so he got his own place in one of the other buildings. Said I couldn't have this to myself. My longest and best review Heather 💥💯💪🏽

My wife and I had looked at 3 other apartments before this one and randomly found this area. We didn't know what to expect going into it, but the service provided was amazing. Heather was a fantastic leasing consultant. She answered all of our questions and more while being one of the kindest consultants we've worked with. The amenities are fantastic and the area is amazing, but Heather truly sold us on this property due to her excellent customer service. We can't wait to move in!
