My friend sent a request to get her birth certificate with 3 documents to spell her name. They took her money and spelled her name wrong on a new copy of a vital record. How do these incompetent people get hired by the government? Thank you for stealing our money and not fixing our problems. The US government has been messed up since 1776.

Just got a phone call from “pa department of health” it lasted 4 seconds, as soon as I answered they hung up. I called back and they answered immediately and insisted I give my name and the reason why I was calling. My first response was “I want to make sure this isn’t a scam” followed by explaining the 4 second phone call. Pure silence on the phone. The woman literally said nothing. So I hung up. Scam or no scam your organization needs training. Unbelievable.

So I just got a call from them. Didn't believe/realize it was them. She wouldn't tell me what it was in regards to even after I verified I was the parent. Like spelling their names would make any difference! I honestly thought it was a scam cause the scams run the same way. After she said she can't tell me till I spelled their names, I said I don't think so and hung up. No reason to act like that!
