I want to thank the people who work at the Potomac Falls Post Office for their willingness to help me. I couldn't open my mailbox on Saturday 9/24/2022 all of a sudden (the mailbox lock was working as recent as Tuesday 9/20/2022). I was expecting important documents from my insurance. So I called my local post office (the Potomac Falls Post Office). The lady helped me initiate the inquiry and alerted the mail carrier about the problem. The mail carrier troubleshooted the lock with me on Saturday, but we couldn't find anything wrong with the lock. It appeared that the lock has been changed even though I didn't request the change. I called the post office the following Monday 9/26/2022, and the gentleman helped me check the records and came to fix the lock the same morning! I got the problem resolved so fast, even my HOA manager was surprised. I am sooo grateful for the friendly and kind people at the Potomac Falls Post Office!

As others have posted, this is the worst run post office. they delivered a package of mine to another apartment building, that person kept it and I am out 200.00. Postmaster does not care, is rude and condescending. Today, I received a package for someone else

I had trouble with the formatting of an address I needed to send a package to. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and professional and ultimately made sending the package a painless experience.

I wish I could give 0 stars. They lost my passport. THE USPS LOST MY PASSPORT. Even after I bought priority mail and insurance. They lost it! How the heck does this happen. To make it better, the RUDE manager at the Potomac Falls Post Office told me it was "my problem." He wouldn't lift a finger to help. Even after getting the OIG involved, nothing happened. No one the USPS is going out of business. It should!

More than likely if you unable to access your old mail system is good, while you @ it it's also good to put in a chance change of address @ the same time @ the post office before futhre notice of you moving in..
I assume you can as long you declare and pack properly so it can reach destination in one piece
Either 12 or 2

At the opening... But you should call first to get an appointment.
Yes, but not good ones... and it’s $15 extra.
