We saw Earth, Wind & Fire which was an amazing show (always)!!! Also playing was Santana. The vocals were great but the sound mix was distorted & muddy. Too much lead guitar (and drums) and too little of everything else. I reduced by 1 star because we purchased box seats and were seated 4 to a box with another couple, which I didn't mind but there was a front row & a back row. For those of us in the back there was nothing to set our drinks or food on. I think they should have a clear seating chart. I would have purchased a front row pair of seats. The other thing that was a BIG problem for most women going inside. They only allowed a tiny little wallet sized handbag. One woman in front of me had one that only went over by about 1/2" and they honestly denied her entry with that bag. Her husband, just like mine and many other men, had to take it to the car. They did allow a cosmetic sized clear bag in. But that was not conveyed anywhere so how would you know? THIS is an absolute problem. My eye glasses went back to the car. As did my inhaler and a neurological medication just in case I needed it. If I didn't have to think so fast I would have remembered that I had those in my purse. On the other hand the VIP Area was very nice and the food good! Best fries I have had in a long time with ranch dressing & bacon. If you order water don't be surprised when they serve you "Liquid Death". Lol TIP: the Lawn Area is quite large & you can buy tickets for less than $20, oftentimes. It is not under the roof, however.

The staff are very friendly. The venue is well organized. Restrooms are clean. The sound system is awesome. Highly recommend box seats so worth the money to have a runner bring you food and drinks. Very attentive. Have been to this venue several times over the years and it has only gotten better. Will definitely be back. Attached image is view of the stage from box2A10.

Had a great time at a Phish show and a fairly easy in&out parking experience. *** Left just prior to encore — Zipped right out as last notes rang out. *** Arrived at 6pm for a 7pm advertised show. Orderly and smooth access to a just off the highway venue. Only two quick right hand turns from the north on -495. $60 parking was available just OFF site. VIP parking was slow moving and close to the venue. We chose / were directed to use the free drive up parking and got lot A8(?). Plenty of room around the vehicle if we had come early for pre-show tailgating. Entry to Xfinity center allows for one SEALED bottle of water at entry. No open containers. Everyone was subjected to bag and personal items being checked- airport style. Friendly staff, restrooms, and concessions are easily located and plentiful. Located on the approaches to both sides of the seating bowl. For our show they were wide open when the band was playing and typical rush during intermission, etc. Decent wifi for pic uploading, etc. Will definitely be back for another show.

This venue went above and beyond to help me at a recent show. I will definitely go back! If you have accessibility issues with stairs, don’t get anything in the higher numbers. I made that mistake because at previous live nation venue, the set up had it so you could always have a way to walk only down stairs and not up them. Which I can do much easier. This venue does not have that set up and when I realized that, I asked if there was anything that could be done before I climbed the mountain of stairs. The staff were so amazingly nice and got me a seat where I didn’t have to do any stairs at all! They didn’t have to do that, but it made the concert even more special for me because I wasn’t in pain from climbing! A++++ for them! I also like that the parking is very well marked and they had police out after the show to help with traffic. I just waited in my SUV for about an hour so I didn’t waste gas stopping and going. I would rather do that than miss any of the show.

I just saw chris brown they search everything. I brought in some weed and my vape and a pack of cigarettes...saw people with blankets...no alcohol allowed and no drinks can be carried in. They have you remove everything from your pocket and hold it as you walk through a metal detector. They dont bother older people, its the younger people they are searching because they're underage..had a great time but wish security was more on the drunks falling and stumbling around. Have a great time...oh and if the seats near the lawn are unoccupied, just ask the ushers and they will let you sit there once the main event starts!
Only un 1 open poland spring water bottle everything else will be thrown out if try to bring in see livenation website or xfinity been 2 concerts already and go in with nothing but wallet due to frisk u and empty pockets and purse contents
They don't cancel for rain and made us leave our umbrellas outside the gate.

If there are tickets available, I'm sure you're able to...
I believe the parking lot opens up at 4pm
no
Original bottles
It starts at 630, not 100% on the opening bands, how many, etc...and i think there switching headliners, like 311, so id say korn and aic will both play between 8-11 they cant play later then 1130 at Xfinity center, 12 the absolute latest...hope that helps, id be inside by 730-8 pm, awesome show, enjoy, i wanna go to chevelle breaking Benjamin 3days grace end of August...311 was awesome gotta luv great woods, my best memories as a kid...ozzfest 99 i will be thinking of on my deathbed :) or tailgate at 630 and ask around the parking lot, people will know...
Limitations? What u mean? , its more for picking up bigger orders and brought to a event, etc, But there are several 2 seat
Yes
According to IMDb the show is 1hr and 13 min long, show starts at 8, so it'll be over by 9:30
So you're paying $15. Fee per ticket? Say it ain't so
Right pull up the map for the concert and select from there or get the seating map off of the website
Yes
It should tell you on the website when you purchase if it's "full view" or "partial"... Look on Xfinity centers website and see if you can find out there...if not you could call them directly and ask (?)
We saw a lot of tailgaters, not sure about the buses.
We do our best to help in every aspect of the place sure they will find n help you guys , security part time beautiful place n no one trying to be there to yell where to help remember security is like life guard! Where incase of a emergency 🦺!!!! Please know we mean nothing but best n trying get you help or whatever is needed! For guests ada dose have handicap access
Normally no. I've never seen them cancel
They don’t check at the gates currently as of last week at least.
On line only right now
Yes. As long as you didn't request a refund when it postponed
You can call for tickets ask them
these days it's important to bring your covid vaccination card or a picture of it no matter where you go. Fenway Park did not require this at first, but they do now, even though they are considered an outdoor venue.
It varies by performance, check the website prior to the show
Not at this venue
No
Yes chairs in all sections except the lawn area up the back of the stadium
nope u shouldnt have 2 pay extra.... im not 100% sure
Not at this time.
No as of when I went
Check the website where you bought the tickets.
Follow the signs
Umbrellas are not permitted
1 through 8
No. Everyone needs a ticket
You shouldnt. But i dont havr official word. I would imagine wear a mask
Call Ticketmaster. They have operators for guests with disabilities
Yes, entire season cancelled
Lawn seating is just a lawn. There are no seats. It's general admission in the back of the seated tickets area.
Sure its possible to just sit on the lawn with no problem
U can rent chairs for lawn
I am sure that there is a limit but it's highly unlikely they would hit that number
I thought you had to have a mobile ticket at this event
I believe policy says no. But they've never said anything about me bringing anything in. So it's either ok or they just don't care.
If you bought tickets already, mine normally say what time they open on my tickets
No, it is grass area.
Yes you have to upgrade your ticket usually $20
Yes
Pavillion is a good section that's not general seating
No, i dont believe you will have to pay, im guessing 3 or over
I've never used express parking. There's nothing to do in the lot but tailgate so I suppose it would depend on how much time you want to hang out in the lot.
Theres no wall. Youre right in the middle of the row. I was just there last week to see Heart sec 8 row t seat 20. Its a good view the stage is a little to the left. Have fun!
Exactly..unless you opted for VIP parking which is prepaid one
Yes you can. When they check your pockets/bags you take it out along with your phone, and you should be good.
Most if the seats are covered so the show will go on. If you have lawn seats you will get soaked. Bring umbrellas and ponchos
https://www.livenation.com/venues/14479/xfinity-center
You need to talk to security.
Yes they do. But cause of the traffic it's some times best not to drive all the way in. Have them drop/pick you up at the road entrance area and walk in.
Should be ok
I would look it up online it should tell u
They will scan them
If it isn't sold out
No, there is no hotel attached to the venue. If you get VIP parking, it's worth the money. It's much easier in and out.
In the entrance of the Xfinity center. One lane will be for parking and other for drop off. Ur better dropping them off by the road and walking in.
@ Michael Perkins No,you have to stay in your general area. There is security everywhere and they will check your tickets stub at every seating area.
Will call are at box office day of the show. The box office is located to the right of the entrance gates. Entrance gates of the venue not the parking.
Believe it's the left side of the lawn
@ Brianna,Tickets get scanned when you enter the venu but you need to show your ticket stub at your section.
Yes
Yes regular lots are free
Handicap parking is provided day of show, just make sure handicap placard is visible. (Pro-tip: when you first enter the venue get into the middle lane and you won't be circled around)
Umbrellas are never allowed inside
Call the center directly to see !
Yes
Separate
Bring binoculars and enjoy the sounds!
Roughly around $9.00 a beer, same as most venues
Definitely a bus. Pop this into Google and you'll get some great options: bus from new haven, ct to xfinity center mansfield ma
Per the web site: Xfinity Center Administrative Office Hours : 10am - 5pm M-F; 10am on any event day
The lawn is all the way to the end of the place the rest are all seats. There is a place in the middle for wheelchairs.
I believe it's free I do security there I've never seen them charge think it's part of Ticketmaster price
There are several in the area and recommend a Google seach.
VIP parking gets you out faster. But the do have free parking
Back lots are free. But you will wait hours to get out. Premier Parking is 50 and 60 buck. Quick in and out. Go to Ticketmaster to purchase the ticket for parking.
Sprinkling
1 through 8
Can get premiere parking through Ticketmaster for 50 or 60 buck. Its a pretty penny but your the first ones out when concert is over. There is also parking in privet lots along the drag. Varies in price but at least 20 dollars and above. Lastly it is free to park in the back lots of Xfinity. But you run the risk of having 15,000 other cars heading out before you.
No. Guest services can also help.
They are open for parking for the TPC center golf tournament
No. There are paid lots as well. Xfinity is one of the best venues to get out of but infoind the extra expense was worth it.
If memory serves the ticket window opens about an hour before the show. Personally, i would go online that afternoon and see if you can get tickets...unless you live down the street. If there is any scalping going on, it is insanely low key.
Can't help you there. Nature of the beast i fear. They are very helpful when you are at your event though
No, I personally didn't, but future tickets are purchased online or at the ticket line on premise if you want. I'd recommend online for simplicity and seating chart
An hour before show
Unlikely. They didn't cancel when there were flood warnings out, so unless there's heavy lightning, they're likely to hold the event!
If your assigned seat is in the middle you want to speak to Security and sit in handicap to avoid the hassle
The parking is an extra $50 versus free parking, so if you don't want to sit and wait to leave for 30min or a little more, then the extra for parking is worth it.
I was there for warped tour last month. They allowed all kinds of bags in there, clear or not. They checked contents at the door before entering. People everywhere had outside food/drink. Not sure if that was specific for that event or not.
My ticket states 6:30 with the lots open at 4 tomorrow.
Good idea to call them
All the way to 8 are covered, lawn seats are not
No bags... No pat down but depends on the band
General admission or "lawn seats" are not covered. If you have a seat number its covered.
I did see charging station near restrooms during steely dan
Nope not usually ... last show we went to they did allow 1 gallon clear bag (1 per person) for bottled water, ice, snacks ....
Can use whatever you like...cash or card
Yes, there is a large free parking lot that provides ample room for all patrons
She opened for Evanescence
You can always call center ask them they know because need to keep people or send home if show is over
You're able to drive right in for drop off and pickup try and be there half hour or so before end. the police will guide you and so will the signs for drop off and pick-up
No
Teenagers drop off should be easy but they have to wait outside in a line before they can enter the premises. when they enter inside the directions are posted and they have to walk a bit before reaching arena and seating. For a 7pm concert, I would reach 6pm.
Lawn no seats
Definitely bring earplugs. Can get very loud
Don't waste your money on VIP parking. Its ridiculously expensive and you gain nothing when it comes time to leave.
it is easy to find sections. you keep walking till you see a notice board dividing sections then go to the direction of arrow your section is in. When you finally reach seating sections, you will be able to see section number displayed in each. The whole arena is huge but seats are easy to find.
Actually they are sold either as lawn or general admission. Lawn no seat. General admission you have a seat but unassigned. First come seating. Sec 9 and 15 are general admission.
Probably better off checking the bands website.
There is a section for handicapped. All the way up and to the left. Only fees are for VIP.
Yes...there is an Uber drop off spot. About 1000 feet from the gate
Bring your tix and receipt with you.
It should say on your ticket. Gates open an hour before the show, usually. Parking lot time is always different.
Good morning Ceci, Inside to the parking areas I wouldn't see why not. It's a toy to pass the time away as your tailgating prior to the show. Now inside the seating areas that may be another story. Security might view it as a dangerous weapon. Who knows how well versed you are in throwing it. After all you could throw it and hit one of the band members on the stage. Hitting them in the throat or any of there instruments. Creating havoc and general turmoil. Enjoy the show and your time there. Charles
I believe so
Hi Lover, in today's world they ask for everything to be in clear plastic bags. The center does have a Website that explains what you can bring in and what not. It'll also tell you what it needs to be in. Enjoy, good luck, have a great time. Charles
Good morning Karen I would plan on at least a couple of hours earlier than the time the show is scheduled to go off. Traffic going into there is horrendous. If you can pull it off go even earlier than that enjoy the day, have a tailgate party then go in enjoy the show. Why fight traffic get all stressed out and hot sitting in it. Charles
I know people were there on monday night buying tickets, while the school was having their concert.
Kendrick lamar
Lawn seats
Any concert I've ever been to there is last song is by 11 p.m.
I would opt for Premier parking ($50.00) unless you don't mind sitting in about two hours of traffic.
They do not allow any strollers/wagons
There are screens! I'm going to the same show in the lawn..you'll definitely be able to see
Maybe 4?
The show starts around 7 so probably at least an hour or two before that for tailgating
I think ud b best off to drop off at the road, unless it's an accessibility issue, people walk in from parking in Los outside of xfinity lot so they can leave faster after show (pay)
Yes. But don't park in the back parking lot. It can take hours to leave.
Yes, 11 - 12. But! If you don't get VIP parking. You might not be able to leave until 1:00 in the morning. Parking is an issue there.
h
Yes you either have to be the person with the wheel chair or have someone with you who is. Your not allowed to by that seat without proberable cause of doing so
I would suggest checking the return policy of the company you purchased the ticket from. If all else fails you can always try to sell it on a ticket resale website, such as Stubhub.
No. They do not offer season tickets like some theatres do.
Yes go to the box office and have the original card and photo id in case they ask for it.
From Portland you can catch the down downeaster to north Staton then orange line T to back Bay Providence/Stoughton line but will take 4-5 hours
They have security Every where they treated to take my phone away if i didn't put it away
Yes, there are seats row + number, but ppl just go where they want on lawn. Lawn seats r good for chillin w/groups
Pretty much 7
I dont see either of those items being an issue. I would recommend bringing a medical document for your wife's need to have an insulin pen but it really shouldn't ve an issue....have a great time!
As it gets closer to the concert date they release individual artist. I believe that Rascal Flatts is released already
They won't let you bring in anything that won't fit in a small hand purse, your pocket, or a clear plastic bag, cameras are not prohibited. Cell phones are allowed cameras are too.
You will pick up your tickets before the show.
Not sure but customer services would have more of the answer for you
Depending on where you live in RI, yes I recommend the train , but there is a bus as well that comes to Attleboro. From there uber
Yup, usually about $50 i believe. Im not a vip.
Matchbox Twenty
Just parking for the golf tournament.
Small see through
There is no cost to park unless you want VIP paeking.
Yes
I think its different for each event but I think its 3pm. I know for Jimmy Buffet its 1pm. Check the website the day before your event to be sure.
Great venue. Do Premier parking and the walk is not bad. Be prepared to stand the entire concert if you want to see the stage.
