Yes they do. But cause of the traffic it's some times best not to drive all the way in. Have them drop/pick you up at the road entrance area and walk in.

They do allow Lyft and Uber and also taxi cabs to enter and exit leaving the event is tough because there is a lot of traffic and you will be stuck for about 35 minutes to an hour depending on the event
