I am letting you know that you have an employee that answers the phone and does nothing.I just called and the agent picked up the line, but never spoke a word! I could hear the breathing and I said "hello" many times, but no response. I hope it was being recorded so that the employer could know who is doing something so horrible. Please listen to the recording- not once did the agent attempt to converse with me, but was clearly holding the line open so it could appear they were accepting calls! I called back and it happened again! This person is stealing a state salary! How hard is it to your job! Please hire people who want to work for the salary rather than steal it!

Horrendous! The website is not helpful and I have been emailing with no response and calling every day but not getting through to anyone.

There should be a no star option. The quality of the website, the phone service, etc. is truly abysmal. I have searched and searched for the information I need, regarding my certification, to no avail. I then called, waited for several minutes, and was hung up on before even getting to speak to a human. I called again and again and again, yet experienced the same thing- waited and waited, only to be hung up on before reaching an employee.
