Very disrespectful staff, not helpful at all. Don’t understand how does the state want you to be up to date with license and tax fillings , meanwhile you have staff that treat the public so unprofessional and not helping you at all.

Extremely difficult to contact. As a nonresident I am able to compare to my home state's equivalent department and compare, and the PA Dept of Revenue is awful. Dealing with these issues are never fun but I can admit that I made a mistake so I am not blaming anything on the dept. I am trying to correct it but they are making it impossible. I had to call twice to try to get into MyPath which I still don't have access to and even the reps had no idea what was going on. I was on hold/waiting for a call back for over four hours throughout the day. I got conflicting information from two reps on the same issue that I am trying to correct and the second one was an absolute nightmare to try to work with. I am desperately waiting to be done with this so I never have to work with the PA Dept of Revenue again. Good luck to anyone that has to keep dealing with them.
