Everyone starts off at 15 an hour. Yes you can advance. They have classes sometimes before start of shift for career building, resume writing, learning spreadsheet excel. Yes but get hired first and let HR be aware of your peculiar problem why you will prefer working on the ' flexible shift'. Its all about your peculiar problem. You can also ask if you could be allowed to work part time for an 8 hour day if that is not available. If it's available you've won the day. Just ask the HR team who are well trained to listen to you and to answer all your questions. No safety glasses or steel toes required. Just casual clothing wear and gloves box knife etc. All of that is supplied in the machines onsite. Shifts are 4 10 hour days unless you apply part time. You can def get 12 hour days upon the requests for VET on your app schedule.

It is better to go to the site and apply there. They can give u the breakdown of different shifts. Weekend night shift is the best( RT shift ). U work only 3 nights. 12 hours a night, total 36 hours a week with all benefits and get paid better too.

I got to pick my shift, but I also have heard people tell me i just got lucky. It's a great job to have though with great benefits and great people to work with.

It depends on what department you are in. Inbound starts at 7 ends at 5:30, outbound us 7:30 to 6:00 Pm. During peak (Christmas season) it depends. The 1st year the building was open all shifts worked 6 10 hr days and last year shifts came in 15 min before shift and stayed 15 min past their normal end time

There was a new class in for orientation on last Sat for the Sun-Wed shift. They are start hiring slowly but only few department s are actually needed. I know back half nights (Thurs-Sat) (AFE2- pack) is over staffed and have had VTO for the last 2-3 months..
