There is 2 different nights shift front half which is Sunday - Wednesday gets an extra .50/hr. Back half which is Thursday - Saturday gets and extra $2.50/hr.
Yes, reduced time night shift (three twelve hour shifts) get shift differential of $2.50/hour.
That is true if u work their Reduced Time Shift which is 3 nights a week, 12 hrs night
Full time which is 4 10 hour shifts receives 14.50 per hour with their night shift differential. Reduced time which is 3 12 hour shifts receives 17.00 per hour. These are the standard wages starting out on night shift.
It's an extra 2.50 and its for reduced time. 3 x 12 hour shifts.
If normal full time it is only an additional 0.25 cents. (4 ten hour days)
It is now 1.50 more for front half nights which is 4 10 hr shifts sunday thru wed 630pm to 5am. I don't know about back half nights which is 3 12 hr shifts thurs thru sat.
