Chloe was a good tour guide. Lots of history about Wilmington. We plan on spending the weekend in Wilmington the next time we go to visit the haunted museums!

Very cool history lesson on the area and some of the houses. Our guide, Chloe, was awesome in her story telling & extremely enthusiastic. Although we personally did not experience any paranormal activity, it was still exciting. We immediately regretted only staying one night in Wilmington; there is some cool stuff we learned from the ghost tour & plan on returning! The walk is easy & loafing. Nothing hurried or strenuous. I do recommend wearing comfortable shoes as some of the cobblestone streets are rough. Bugs didnt bother us, but have some spray available before you start if you are prone to getting swarmed. We had no issues with "locals" heckling the tour (as we have had in other places) & most everyone we encountered were cordial. A lot of fun & educational. Highly recommend (then go back during business hours to the places you visit).
