I filled out an application but I forgot my username and password what what do I need to do next.

It is easy. Just click on the " forgot password" and fill what it asks you to reset for a new one.

Underneath the place it is asking you for your user name and password, it gives you the option to click on (forgot my password) you can reset for a new one

You can go there or call to change username and password

It should be in your email..

Follow the online prompts for "forgot username" then do the same for the password. If that doesn't work, physically walk into the integrity recruiting/hiring center with at least one form of ID and they should be able to help you
