How long is it taking people to get hired at Amazon ? Because it's been a month so far and just waiting for the start date. What's the longest some of you guys had to wait ?

There was a new class in for orientation on last Sat for the Sun-Wed shift. They are start hiring slowly but only few department s are actually needed. I know back half nights (Thurs-Sat) (AFE2- pack) is over staffed and have had VTO for the last 2-3 months..

Amazon don't need that many employees at this time of year. So, wait time very long and there are changes that they may not need you before June.

It took me almost 2 months. Make rate and make as little errors as possible and you should be fine.

Gonna start hiring need mouth the last time I check we start doing vto alot
