Ive been here 2 years now and it’s a great, quiet community. The atmosphere is peaceful and safe, so far I’ve had great neighbors and I try to be one as well. The view from my patio is Mesmerizing.The pool and the entertainment areas are always maintained properly. The property manager is professional and timely with all tenants and guess, she’s a person that is concerned and willing to help at all times. I think Prosper is a great place to live and Im expecting even better experiences with prosper in the future.

I have lived here for two years and have never had an unpleasant experience. Leasing staff are always helpful and professional. I feel completely safe and at home here! Great apartment for a family or a single person. Quick access to neighboring towns as well.

OMG!!!!! The new management is so awesome!!!! I usually come in late from work and miss any contact with office personnel. She came out of the office as I was checking my mailbox and introduced herself. She invited me into the office to converse about my day and later we discussed our stay here. I've never been so reassured that management has MY family's BEST INTEREST AT HEART. Our comfort was important. The maintenance was important. Everything was important. Everything is new! The atmosphere is different! It's so refreshingly refreshing!!! Thank you DLP for sending this breath of fresh air!! Much needed!!!! Thank God for Tonya!!!!
