Dr. Coksaygan is a wonderful doctor. My husband and I have been seeing her for years. She has ALWAYS gone above and beyond for us! She is not only professional but she is a kind and caring doctor with a great bedside manner. She listens to her patients and she shows how much she truly cares. She treats you as if you were her own family. I consider her more than a doctor I consider her a friend! I highly recommend her!

My daughter is a patient of the md.had a fever,body aches,flu like symptoms,,she called the office, received vm,held on for 25 minutes,d/t headache and weakness,hung up and asked me to call,I called 3 times,each time on hold for 5 minutes and heard thank you and line was disconnected,I surmised their phone system was on the blink.i suspected my daughter had the flu and as a nurse,she would need to start tamiflu within a certain amount of time for it to be effective so I went to the office.The receptionist was very unprofessional,after explaining why I was there, she rattled on about yes,they know they have been having phone issues but the doctor couldn’t see my daughter any way IF she has the flu,she can go to the er or an urgent care, md couldn’t do a telehealth call because she’s busy with other patients. Could do telehealth on Monday,5 days from today.she didn’t apologize for phone being down,we’re working on it, did not say she would report to the md and maybe md could contact my daughter after hours,basically too bad for your daughter.I then said so my daughter can’t expect to get any help from her doctor.she didn’t try to correct me. I don’t know if this the doctors’s instructions or just this waste of a receptionist unprofessionalism but if any of his patients has serious health issues,I would recommend they find another md office. I want to update my review. I called the doctor after hours,left a message with above,that my daughter went to urgent care,offered no treatment and that my daughter was getting worse. Received a call from md.she apologize for her receptionist,she said that is not her policy. Said she was going to call scripts in for my daughter and speak to the receptionist. I thanked the doctor profusely.
