Great staff! Really informative and got me into my new place after 3 days of applying. They love my jack russel mix, Jack, they give him treats almost everyday. Haha They made us feel at home right away. Been loving my stay, excited for the upcoming events this summer :)

I love it here. The office staff and maintenance are super nice and will help with anything we need. The new lady in the office helped us set up online bill pay so we don't have to worry about getting money orders anymore. I haven't had any issues with bed bugs or roaches since I moved in late last year. I know that they have a company come out ever other week or so. I always hate when people post stuff about issues they obviously created. How is that they have a pest company come out so often but it's their fault? My only issue is the landscaping but I can see they are working on correcting that. Hopefully we will have more grass soon!

All you need to do is do a quick Google search. There are countless complaints online on social media about problems with bed bugs at this establishment. If it were from one individual, I would assume it was an angry tenant who got bed bugs and was feeling raw about it; however, there are many reports of treatments that don't work, bedbugs returning, and expensive belongings including clothing and mattresses having to be disposed of and replaced. Please research this apartment on social media. Take the time to drive by and talk to some residents and get their opinions before you decide to move here. Also, if you are the owner of this establishment and are reading this review, consider getting a new pest control team in with a real plan of action as there appears to be many apartment units with serious bed bug infestation and it may require an invasive action plan.
