I love it here , it feel so much like family out here with the management 🫶🏾 they do whatever to help out with anything you need ! & the maintenance team be right on it everytime I put in a request they there right then or the next day ! 💯 .. When I first moved in I was slightly terrified of what I was stepping into because of a previous experience at the apartments with a cousin that used to live there well over 5 years ago. I moved in in July. The ladies in the office are so sweet and helpful with any concern I have had. The maintenance are respectful and they fixed my garbage disposal as needed when I needed it fixed. All the scary stories I've heard and my one past experience, I can honestly say it's nothing like that. My children love the playground. They also have little contests where you can win a gift card. They make it fun and exciting to live here

Do not rent from them the management team attempted to destroy my credit by charging thousands of dollars to my move out ledger, holding me accountable when the apt was left in the same condition as move in but little did they know I have a team of credit repair agents. They have roaches and refused to really take steps to get rid of the roaches the pest control service they use barely even spray properly. This is nothing short of living in a trailer park. They were upset when I refused to renew my lease after they broke the lease by allowing a party that wasn't associated with my lease access to my apartment by providing them with a key. I had items and money stolen. Kelly and Carmen are very unprofessional and they are liars which I was able to clearly see in my final days and months of living in the unit. They refused to replace my refrigerator and stove which Cleary has safety issues. Maintenance was a joke as well they assisted in crimal actively with the management team. They aren't kid friendly the poor kids didn't stand a chance because they were always included in the warning letter they placed on residential doors... I mean kids are going to be kids let them play and grow. They always went up on the rent charging hundreds of dollars extra when they clearly had a water leak that they add to your rent.... Run run run don't rent from this place.

After almost 4 years. Dealing with different management. Lies about things being renovated. Being 8 months pregnant and having to deal with black mold everywhere and the high priced rent. Nasty unclean neighbors. There’s always better. Never settle‼️before I moved I cleaned the hell out my apartment and none of my deposit was given back
