Have regretted living here since lease was signed. Internet is terrible, snow removal is non existent, the maintenance and office staff will talk about you behind your back (have heard them multiple times). They have their staff give 5 star reviews. I know this because these people have been in my apartment to “fix” things, and have their pictures on their google accounts. Dog poop and trash constantly everywhere.

I have lived here for several years, and love my apt. In the last few months, since Jennifer has come on board as Community Manager, communication with the office and maintenance staff has greatly improved. Jennifer has helped me with a couple of issues, always following up with phone calls. I appreciate the professionalism. Shout out to Josh, Norm, Mona, and Cherie, as well! All very friendly and hard-working. Thank you!

The apartments are nice and have a great price to them, compared to others in the area for a single bedroom, but that's where the good ends. I loathe talking to anyone in the office, especially over the phone, because nothing ever gets taken care of properly. We've had to call four times to get our heat in our apartment fixed, and it still isn't! Imagine waking up in your apartment to it being 55 degrees! We're already planning on breaking lease once it's up, if not sooner. Office staff is horrible and you can tell they hate being there. Maintenance workers hardly ever get it right the first time, unless you get Josh, he's amazing. Also the internet sucks like everyone else said. Don't get the offered service through the complex if you like streaming anything or playing online video games.

It is a bad decision to live here. I wish google allowed for negative stars. The staff is superficial; at lease signing they made everything seem great and I have regretted living here ever since. My company used a relocation services and this is where I ended up living because the out of town relocation agent did not know what a poor reputation this place has. I can not wait to have my lease expire so I can move on from this dump. Staff - iffy, poor management. Amenities- superficial, bad. Quality of housing - poor, cheap. I am going to avoid saying anything bad about other residents - but I will leave it at that. This place could have had a long term resident and they lost me - do not make my same bad decision. I am under the impression that any 5 star rating was only through coercion of tenants for favors or kickbacks, or from the staff. I cannot imagine anybody truly liking this place. I did appreciate the maintenance guys.
