It’s one thing when a customer is rude but another thing when it’s the employee being rude to customer. I ordered my food and was told grill was closed. It was 750pm when I made my way to the window and sign says grill closes at 8pm. So I ordered drinks and ice cream. I asked why was grill closed earlier employee responded that it had to be cleaned. I was about to ask how often does the grill closes this early and she slammed the window shut. Rudeness is just so annoying. This was a traditional place for me to visit and support bc it’s local but a bad experience is not worth it. I hope the owners check on their employees when stuff like this happens.

Got there tonight at 7:30 and a staff member immediately comes out and tells us we are the last customers to get served tonight because they close at 8:00. There were about 15 people(3 to 4 groups of people together) in front of us. Who does this? Was this dude wanting us to tell anyone who got in line behind us that we were the last to get served tonight??? Last time I checked, either myself, wife, or kids are on Budge's payroll. That employee was very rude. This was our 1st time there. Good thing the ice cream was great.

My favorite ice cream place! Budges is on the cheaper side for ice cream. The employees are super friendly and will remake your order if not correct without any problems. Their ice cream, especially the s'mores parfait is to die for
