This is the worst store for customer service and supplies. They make up excuses for not sending scheduled items. You can’t reach anyone through the call center, and the receptionist at the Lafayette store talks in circles. We will be switching providers.

William Darnell Sr (French William Fry's)
I've seen a lot of negative experiences here at this company. I have been with them now for about a year, where I have to be on O², oxygen, 24/7/365 for the rest of my life. But, you want to know something, it's my fault that I now have to deal with this till I can't any more breathe. I'm blessed to be here today because three years ago, I was on life support, and couldn't remember how what, when, and why any of this happened. Well, I know why, cause I smoked and didn't think about it back then when I started as a kid. “But, I'm thankful, grateful, for our Lord sending me back to tell you these very words.” It is not worth it: for the younger generation, you could end up like I was. But, if you keep smoking and end up as I did, you may not get to come back, I suppose I was favored or blessed! Even being on O² today, my O² stays around 70% for the most part, but I struggle to breathe and overwork my heart. Please stop smoking! As far as this company, LinCare, they do lend their care and deliver my supplies, whether or not I have to call them, or they call me, I still get my supplies. I'm just grateful for them! I fought my pulmonary doctor since my brush with death, and I'll just say, it took my N.Practitioner to order this O² because my oxygen fell to 64% while walking from the front of the hospital where my doctors are, to the back of the hospital, approximately 2000 ft. By the time I got back there, I was struggling for O², and well, they were more alarmed than I was. They called right across the hall to pulmonary, hypertension set in, and they were going to admit me, but I said no, just let me sit for about 30 minutes, and it will come back up. I told them I had my inhalers, I'll be fine. But when they got ahold of pulmonary, it was not nice. My NP had to order it, cause of pulmonary was full of themselves. I'm grateful for her, my NP, and she had a baby and is no longer active in practicing for now. I'll miss her and do miss her. Have A Great Day, Folks!!! Best of Wishes, William
