UPS is getting just as bad as USPS. Said my package was delivered to my front door which it wasn’t. Went to the customer service center here in Lafayette Indiana and they said they will have to track it down and talk to the driver and ask what house she left it at. My security camera showed no deliveries to my house at the stated delivery time. So now I have to wait to see what house the driver left it at. It’s not hard to match the house number with what’s on the label. They should do what Amazon does and takes a picture of where they left the package to prove with a picture delivery was made at the correct place because not only do we see it was delivered but we can see if it was the correct place. So now I have to change my flight this morning which cost me $225 and sit and wait to see where my package is. So frustrating!!!!!!!! I bet I don’t even get a call like Donna (the supervisor) said I would get today when they talk to the driver. SOMEONE OWES ME $225

This place is the worst excuse for a parcel delivery service. I paid extra to get a pkg here in 2 days. Its been3 days. Was to be delivered today. It arrived in Lafayette, IN Feb 2,2020 at 1:19 am. At 9am it was decided UPS didn't have time to unload the last 3 trailers and of course my pkg is on one of those 3 trailers. I went to UPS at 2pm hoping to get this pkg. The 3 trailers have still not been unloaded. This was a birthday gift. Again...poor excuse for a package delivery service.

I'm a feeder (truck) driver. I have no idea what packages are in my trailers at any time. I wish I could help you more, but I don't even touch the packages.

If so, try to call the shipper to receive the tracking number. If not, you can call customer service with the courier and they may be able to look it up with your shipping information and the company it is coming from, varying upon the courier used. If you have accidentally deleted the email with the info in, check your email trash folder, it may still be in there. Another thing is the couriers are often times not very prompt at delivery time, so you may want to give it an hour or so.
