Can we get a local phone number for this location? It seems to not exist according to UPS whatsoever? Nor do they know anything about this customer centers hours or whether or not they're actually open on any given day.

This place is the worst excuse for a parcel delivery service. I paid extra to get a pkg here in 2 days. Its been3 days. Was to be delivered today. It arrived in Lafayette, IN Feb 2,2020 at 1:19 am. At 9am it was decided UPS didn't have time to unload the last 3 trailers and of course my pkg is on one of those 3 trailers. I went to UPS at 2pm hoping to get this pkg. The 3 trailers have still not been unloaded. This was a birthday gift. Again...poor excuse for a package delivery service.
