Never enough cashier's when checking out. I do not use or like the self checkouts. I usually have a full cart to 2 carts of groceries when I check out. And I am disabled and don't want to stand to check all my groceries out.

This is the second time the store gave me rotten produces via Grocery Pickup. I called Kroger and explained the situation. Kroger got the hold of someone in the store (after waiting for over 15 minutes), but they just hang up on me after my call was transferred. Don’t know how much longer I will shop there after this experience. I thought Payless (Kroger) should be better than this.

Phil is fantastic! I came in with a shopping list my daughter had given me. She had just spent a week at a baking school in Paris so many of the ingredients were not on my weekly list. Phil asked me if I needed help and then took the time to help me find such items as European butter, almond paste, and fresh yeast. When we got to European flour type 405 Phil called in Leo to help find other items while he located a binder of food substitutions. King Arthur unbleached white is the answer. While I was in the alcohol section, a young man who was stocking beer helped me find rum. A different young man who was shelving sodas helped me find sparkling water. All these people asked me if I needed help with finding items and then went out of their way to make sure what I needed was quickly found. This turned what could have been a stressful chore into a pleasant outing. Thank you so much for going the extra mile in such a cheerful and competent manner.

Easily the best pharmacy in Lafayette, the pharmacist is phenomenal! Love the service, they are the best around. So happy with the service we kept using this pharmacy even though we moved clear across town, they can't be beat!
