Had a Receiver repaired here and bought a turn table. The customer service is exemplary. Multiple calls to update me on how the receiver repair was coming along. He found me a turntable to purchase but was not happy with it himself and was honest enough to let me know it wasn’t perfect. He then found me the perfect one. He is in the process of repairing speakers for me now. This shop has earned my trust and respect. I won’t go anywhere else.

I took my vintage 51 year old Kenwood KA-5002 to them for a repair and general overhaul. I had an intermittent crackling noise and overall lack luster performance along with more hiss than I would care for. It was also running really hot! I left the amplifier with them and they replaced a significant number of transistors, zener diodes and capacitors, along with a thorough cleaning. Their work has breathed back life into my amplifier and it works superbly now, is a s cool as a cucumber and sounds great! I highly recommend their services.
