These people is not right they told me they can fix my truck told me what the problem was first and that they can fix it for $4,400 dollars to fix Sam Chasity Module but call me the next day and told me my old chastity module was broken and that the truck still wouldn’t crank and said cause someone erased something out the truck some one should have told me this before they started working on my truck and I had to pay them $5,200 if I wanted my truck back this is not right

This place blows for trying to get parts, get a hold of anybody in parts, I've tried multiple times to try and call to get a part, or alot of parts but they are very unreliable, we have been having to get parts from another dealership in Charlotte NC because you can't ever get through to anybody, velocity is a joke.. beware

Working slow, our truck is there almost a month, as usual the freightliner dealers dont have parts, it is on back order and so on... but cmon guys, we been trying to call for an updates, no response, no one picking the phones up, and the voice mail box full. Bad place to have the truck repaired !! 9/21 continuation> trying to reach the shop again since the morning, 3 people from my team calling every 15 min, so 2PM now and no one picking the phone, nice job!!
